"Can't recommend highly enough"

What do you like best about Heap? Heap gives us the ability to see how our customers are using our iOS app, and our website, with fantastic clarity. Creating filters is very simple and intuitive, as are funnels and reports generally.

"The analytics platform that helps you dive deep into your data"

What do you like best about Heap? Being able to use the event visualizer, set up funnels, and work with a fantastic team makes Heap Analytics the full package. Going from a more basic analytics tool to Heap changed the way I analyze data and make decisions.

"Great insights into user behavior"

What do you like best about Heap? The reporting builder is easy to use and provides great insights. Also, that when you add a new behavior, you still get the historical insight; you're not restricting to data that occurs only after you've created that event.

"Heap is great for tracking metrics retroactively but is expensive if you exceed their free plan"

What do you like best about Heap? I'm not always sure what exactly I want to track when I launch a product feature. Right out of the box Heap tracks every interaction so I can retroactively report on user interactions with my product.

"Flexible analytics platform to track any events"

What do you like best about Heap? Every time I review a data set, it usually prompts addition questions. I like that Heap captures all event data and allow "after the fact" reports to be created on any data or events.
