What do you like best about Heap? The possibility of getting old events without having to tag the site. On projects that the site changes a lot its easy to see the past events with no tagging. Very good for the developers team

What do you like best about Heap? You can add essentially one piece of code and some identify calls every time someone enters their email and you are collecting a wealth of data about what people are doing on your website. The best feature is that you don't need to custom make events to track everything, and we can go back and do analysis on things from years/months past that we might not have considered at the time

What do you like best about Heap? the visualization are better than any other system, there's great ease of use, and it empowers others in the organization to distill information and share it. i also love that it collects all past data, it's like a data vacuum cleaner that i can sort thru later when i need it
