What do you like best about Heap? What I like the best is the fact that I can go anytime to Heap and just create an event. Then Heap will return to me all the tracking data related to my new event, even before my event was created.

What do you like best about Heap? I love getting insights in real time about user activity. With my react native app (expo) this was the only option for us to get real time user activity that we were looking for. Since implementing heap revenue and customer retention has increased.
