"Excellent cross-session analytics, nice integrations"

What do you like best about Heap? Heap has allowed us to analyze the behavior of our traffic across multiple sessions and generate hypotheses for new experiments using web behavior data. The integration with redshift allows us to do custom analytics downstream that wouldn't be possible without sessionizing our web logs. Integrations with experimentation platforms also allow us to build reports for every experiment we launch so our analytics are all in one place.

"Great experience for quick results"

What do you like best about Heap? My favorite part of heap is that I am able to have engineering set it up once, and then going forward I am able to title events for all of the collected CSS, without having to have an engineer do that

"Outstanding Real-time Insights"

What do you like best about Heap? For me, the best thing about Heap is I don't need to know what I don't know when I begin testing or analyzing. The core principle of capturing everything and allowing you to define after the fact is so helpful.
