"Great experience for quick results"

What do you like best about Heap? My favorite part of heap is that I am able to have engineering set it up once, and then going forward I am able to title events for all of the collected CSS, without having to have an engineer do that

"Very powerful"

What do you like best about Heap? The insights and analytics provided by Heap are incredibly powerful. There are a ton of metrics that it collects that you can use to run reports. I've probably only scratched the surface myself and am learning new options every day.

"Excellent cross-session analytics, nice integrations"

What do you like best about Heap? Heap has allowed us to analyze the behavior of our traffic across multiple sessions and generate hypotheses for new experiments using web behavior data. The integration with redshift allows us to do custom analytics downstream that wouldn't be possible without sessionizing our web logs. Integrations with experimentation platforms also allow us to build reports for every experiment we launch so our analytics are all in one place.

"Phenomenal for business units, and easy to switch to if you use Segment"

What do you like best about Heap? Here's the thing- we have always had analytics through Mixpanel, and it was used rarely. When it was used, it was used only by designers and product managers. That's because it was a little too technical for other business units (marketing, sales, support etc).

"A great way for easy analytics and decoupling analytics from the dev cycle"

What do you like best about Heap? The ability to click into form elements and have the events show up! This allowed us to (mostly) decouple the marketing team from the dev team for funnels.
