What do you like best about Heap? The most positive thing is the ability to retroactively obtaining information. Before using heap we always started gathering data as soon as we decided we wanted to measure something, but now we can access metrics from the past after deciding to measure them.

What do you like best about Heap? Auryc is a very useful tool for replaying user sessions and provides multiple options for searching user sessions and also various search filters for RCA. Also, the various dashboards it provides is very useful.
