"Future Proof Coverage, with a few small caveats"

What do you like best about Heap? Total tracking without planning, the ability to go 'back in time' for analysis, and the ability to combine data points. We also love that it is easy to combine with our larger data warehouse and empower both the engineering/digital product team as well as the data analytics team.

"Great UX, more features desired"

What do you like best about Heap? I like how easy it is to define events; especially with specific events that I'm not familiar defining it via "Define Events", the Event Visualizer is a great tool to assist.

"Great easy to use tool for evaluating your website usage"

What do you like best about Heap? The simplicity of setting it up. Setting up heap is literally as easy as dropping a javascript snippet in your header and off you go. Everything is tracked from that point on. Nothing extra needed.

"Heap is always tracking"

What do you like best about Heap? What we like best about Heap is that it always listening and gathering data even when we haven't thought of the question to ask it or report to run. Unlike other tools where you have to know your question a head of time, Heap allows us to always be tracking and can even retroactively go back in time to see how visitors to our site interacted with a certain component.

"Phenomenal for business units, and easy to switch to if you use Segment"

What do you like best about Heap? Here's the thing- we have always had analytics through Mixpanel, and it was used rarely. When it was used, it was used only by designers and product managers. That's because it was a little too technical for other business units (marketing, sales, support etc).
