I like that it automatically tracks all user behaviour, from clicks to scroll and more (in our case, we use it to test mobile web platforms), and to make complete graphics with all these metrics. The graphs and charts help you easily analyse and interpret the data from lots of angles and makes reporting to management about design changes easier as there is information to back it up.
