What do you like best about Heap? Overall, I think it's a powerful tool, that has a ton of valuable insights. It's super easy to set up event tracking (unlike Google Analytics), and you once you "define" these events you'll get all the historical data, not just the data moving forward.

What do you like best about Heap? Retroactive Data set for us is by far the best feature. That we can update event names or data points in real-time and have that reflected with our historical data is a game-changer for us.
