"Good for basic analytics"

What do you like best about Heap? I like that you can track historical data once you put trackers on your website and that I can pull up simple reports What do you dislike about Heap?

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is really easy to navigate. They recently released a series of "report starters" to help you run reports that have really helped my analytics deep dives. It asks you a question, then prompts you plug in the areas of your app that would help to answer that question and is thought provoking as well as helpful for learning how to use the reports.

What do you like best about Heap? Heap requires very minimal technical work to product incredible visuals. The interface is intuitive with drag and drop measures. It’s easy to create measures and segments of our customer data
