What do you like best about Heap? The event visualizer! It makes it very easy to determine usage and identify who are power users. What do you dislike about Heap?

What do you like best about Heap? I love how you never have to set up views and that no data is ever lost. If you decide later that you want to go back and dig into your data, you can. Unlike GA where the views and filters you create are never retroactive.
