What do you like best about Heap? It is highly intuitive and easy-to-use without formal training. I appreciate how it is to modify reports and the visualization options (table, chart, export to excel). I also appreciate how easy it is to modify the dates of the data.

What do you like best about Heap? I like the fact that you dont need tech work to create new events, which can be very annoying and time consuming with other platforms. Wtih Heap, we can just use data attributes to create to tracking events and most importantly, data is retroactive !
