"Auto Capture is a game-changer, website constantly improving"
What do you like best about Heap? Auto capture empowers non-technical teams to get answers independently. Coming from an organization that had to define event definitons to developer's and devote significant sprint resources to building them, having Heap just capture everything automatically was a true game-changer. "Heap can do *almost* everything you need out of the box"
What do you like best about Heap? I like that it holds historical data for anything on the website. That means if we have a button that exists on the site, but we don't think to look into tracking it or analyzing its usage until a month after it's been created, we still have all of that data thanks to Heap.

"Some rough edges, but great for activity analysis"
What do you like best about Heap? The query UI makes it much easier to analyze the specific user flows I'm interested in compared to other tools I've used. For simple metric dashboards its extremely simple & fast to go from an idea to a published report. Heap has helped improve our rate of learning.
