"Great conversion optimization tool and superior customer service"
What do you like best about Heap? The ability to watch user sessions to identify the friction points in a conversion funnel is incredibly valuable. I have used this tool on two different products, and the product team has gleamed insights on real world user frustrations with the product which you do not always get out of usability testing or analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe. The product, engineering, and professional services teams are incredibly responsive at Auryc.
