"Heap metrics"
What do you like best about Heap? I like the simplicity around the platform, mostly around the way things are structured within the application. Love the fact that it auto-captures everything, so I dont have to worry about capturing events rather than just worry about creating hypothesis and research plans of what we want to learn.

"1 ups Mixpanel, allows team to self serve their own data"
What do you like best about Heap? The auto-tracking is irreplaceable. There were so many times over the years where I forgot to track an event in GA or Mixpanel. With Heap, I never have to worry about missing something -- and not even that, these events are tied to product actions and revenue.

What do you like best about Heap? It's nice to have events/definitions saved for repeat use. I also appreciate the visualizations and the ability to customize dashboards - it makes it easier to share data with non-data people at the company.
