"Easy interface and fast results"

What do you like best about Heap? It was super easy to find the custom events that I have, as well as some of the other heap tools available. It was fast to compile the data and easy to use for someone who doesn't use tools like this often.

What do you like best about Heap? The ability for streamlined reports and dashboards, no more digging through analytics and unreliable 'events'. I'm able to pull reports and charts into presentations that help add context to a marketing campaign and help frame the user journey.

What do you like best about Heap? I love the amazing interface and how easy it is to run queries. It is incredibly easy to start analysis on any collected metrics - basically trivial to spin something up.

What do you like best about Heap? I used Heap after years using Mixpanel and GA. I appreciate Heaps' clean interface and the rendering of charts. While it shouldn't be the primary factor, I think it does help to have a visually pleasant experience when opening charts and dashboards daily. The ability to setup custom metrics on the go it's obviously a great plus.

What do you like best about Heap? I like how HEAP integrates easily with our systems in order to pull product data that is meaningful to our clients. Thanks to HEAP we can pull things like interaction data to see things like power users of the platform, and this allows our clients to make informed, actionable decisions in their work environments.
