What do you like best about Heap? It has an easy-to-use and intuitive interface. The features are thoughtful and a lot of work has been put into making it a useful tool. Dashboards show me exactly where I am at any given time and reports helps our team make informed decisions and validate the decisions we have already made.

What do you like best about Heap? What Heap does best: Letting you dig into specific website events AND get historical data, without needing to define events upfront as you do with Google Analytics. I've also found that the educational tools (Heap University) are well done and helpful.
