What do you like best about Heap? Heap allows users to define segments and collect data per agency/account. In addition, there is also a 'live' feature where it lets you record a specific event in your application, and it will record that particular action. This feature is very useful.

What do you like best about Heap? The Auryc team is very accessible and generally quick to resolve questions or assist with implementation. In general, requesting data through the web UI feels well-optimized, returning results sometimes more quickly than you might expect in cases where it's looking at medium/large data sets.
