What do you like best about Heap? Heap has helped us understand the usage of our product, where users go, how they interact, and more. It has been really useful. I also love the fact that they have suggested reports, so it helps you ask (and answer) questions you may not have even thought of.

What do you like best about Heap? One of my favorite research tools even though it is commonly geared towards sales teams. The ability to search for keywords, search for specific speakers, set up alerts for terms, and look at metrics/frequency around topics is just amazing.

What do you like best about Heap? Easy to use interface, lots of modularity and customization options available. I really love the dashboard view as well - it's been immensely helpful for our team (especially those who are not as data-savvy) to get a quick overview of what's going on with launches we collaborate on.

What do you like best about Heap? As a data scientist Heap Sync is incredible, saves a ton of engineering effort involved in getting engagement data into data lake.

What do you like best about Heap? Love that heap tracks data that wasn't defined. So as soon as you define things. You have the data from when you implemented the code into your site. I love being able to identify buttons without having to ask dev.
