"Been great to start tracking data. Especially data we haven't defined yet."

What do you like best about Heap? Love that heap tracks data that wasn't defined. So as soon as you define things. You have the data from when you implemented the code into your site. I love being able to identify buttons without having to ask dev.

"Leaves a lot to be desired"

What do you like best about Heap? The most helpful aspect of Heap is how it tracks every click by a user without setting up tracking in other tools such as Google Analytics/Adobe. This is great when designs on the website change because there will never be a data gap since Heap is tracking everything all the time. This is a new paradigm that newer tracking tools are following so it's not unique compared to newer tracking tools but definitely an advantage compared to Google Analytics/Adobe.

"Robust functionality, but intimidating to learn and use."

What do you like best about Heap? The features are robust. You can define practically any specific event. I especially like the new-ish feature where you can click on an element in the platform in order for the event or element to be defined (versus knowing the exact code/tag).
