"Heap is a great option for beginner and intermediate data analysts"

What do you like best about Heap? I like that there are a lot of options for education and that the user interface is relatively intuitive. I'm also a big fan of live view and the event visualizer.

"Awesome but expensive"

What do you like best about Heap? Very easy to get up and running with data collection. The fact that heap records the user's actions automatically allows me to easily answer questions like 'How many times do people click on this?' retroactively without having to have explicitly defined the tracking ahead of time. They offer a large array of plots and data exploration tools that are easy to use and enable allow me to quickly answer questions about my product.

What do you like best about Heap? One of my favorite aspects of using Heap.io (I've used it at two companies now) is that a non-technical person like myself can define events right in Heap using things like CSS selectors and target text equals. It's pretty easy to dive into a specific user to see what went wrong or what went right.

What do you like best about Heap? The auto-capture feature is definitely Heap's strongest feature. Heap Connect is also awesome for data wrangling. What do you dislike about Heap?

What do you like best about Heap? This platform allows me to pick any data points I need. I'm able to find customer info on any and all things I'm curious about on the company's website. Super helpful tool for sure!

What do you like best about Heap? The ability to look through a customer's journey. Where they first came through and all their points of entry. This allows us to see the full picture. It is also helpful for our affiliate program.

What do you like best about Heap? User friendly, you get out 10x what you put in, the historic information immediate upon set up is huge, no waiting for data to be captured.

What do you like best about Heap? The ability to retroactively query the autocaptured data is what makes this tool better than it's competitors. You don't have to come up with userpaths before you can actually report on them - for most of the use cases in our application - we were able to successfully put autocapture to use and gain valuable insight into how our users use our application.
