What do you like best about Heap? User based analytics, is a deep lever we can work with. I like that once it starts tracking we can retroactively look at the data. I've never used other competitors

What do you like best about Heap? I like that it requires very little involvement from the developers to create insightful reports, and I like that it offers multiple templates and suggestions to either improve the reports I make or gain more insight from them.

What do you like best about Heap? I like how granular you can get with the various tools like funnels. You can pinpoint exact events where a certain action is taken and then calculate an estimated lost revenue.

What do you like best about Heap? Easy to use filters, groupings and segments! I'm able to pinpoint which groups of users are doing what and at what rates. This is very helpful for planning tailored experiences and experiments for different users based on their user behaviour on site, or other identifying characteristics (ex device)

What do you like best about Heap? No custom code needed to track events which means engineering doesn't need to be pulled in on a regular basis User friendly. It was easy to get answers to simple product questions right off the bat

What do you like best about Heap? The Auryc team has made it so easy to get powerful, actionable data without a huge development effort. A great feature is that as soon as an event is added, the analytics for that event will be available within a short time, with historical data. I recommend Auryc for anyone that is looking to beef up their analytics to get insights into how your customers use your application / website.
