What do you like best about Heap? The autocapture feature is amazing. Being a small team it is great to have a tool which gives you out of the box analytics capability without much dev effort. Has great documentation as well

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is very easy to use. There is no code required beyond integrating Heap with your website. While we and most companies can look at how many visitors see each page, Heap allows you to track micro steps in your journey such as scrolling down a page so you can address those pain points.

What do you like best about Heap? I like how granular you can get with the various tools like funnels. You can pinpoint exact events where a certain action is taken and then calculate an estimated lost revenue.

What do you like best about Heap? Easy to use filters, groupings and segments! I'm able to pinpoint which groups of users are doing what and at what rates. This is very helpful for planning tailored experiences and experiments for different users based on their user behaviour on site, or other identifying characteristics (ex device)

A great feature is that as soon as an event is added, the analytics for that event will be available within a short time, with historical data. I recommend Auryc for anyone that is looking to beef up their analytics to get insights into how your customers use your application / website.
