What do you like best about Heap? I've really liked using the event dashboards to track our event conversions/success of various aspects of our platform. It's also very helpful as we launch new features to see what's working and what's not. It's been pairing pretty well with segment so far as well.

What do you like best about Heap? The best thing about heap is the ability to have events backfilled historically. Even as you discover new high value actions to track, Heap does a great job of identifying historical events so that data is not lost and you can have reporting built today that covers events that were originally captured weeks or months ago. Partner that with all the out-of-the-box insights it captures and Heap becomes a great asset for a company.

"Powerful and flexible analytics platform -- All of the events without tedious tagging"
What do you like best about Heap? I don't have to worry if I'm "missing" events or interactions in our data. Heap ingests all of your page interaction data, with a few specific exceptions. That allows for a massive amount of flexibility in analyzing data later on. I don't have to tag events a priori. That means that I can go all the way back to when we deployed Heap and analyzed data from anything on the site, regardless of whether or not I specifically tagged it.
