"Great option for start ups!"

What do you like best about Heap? They give you the ability to retroactively define an event and still see data associated with that event. This is amazing for start-ups that move quickly and really aren't sure what they need to track, allowing them to go back and retrieve data after they figured out the metric/event they want to track.
