What do you like best about Heap? Heap has lots of analytical functionality, and the platform is fairly easy to navigate. I love the dashboards and funnel analysis feature. It just feels so much better to use than GA.

"Sharp learning curse, but good and fast support"

What do you like best about Heap? User based analytics, is a deep lever we can work with. I like that once it starts tracking we can retroactively look at the data. I've never used other competitors
