What do you like best about Heap? Heap is able to give us insight into how customers are using our product. Product can get all sorts of granular insights but within CS we stay more high level. Very useful features is seeing what customers are adopting new features that we roll out, or getting a sense of what customers might need additional enablement to get the most out of other features
