What do you like best about Heap? Easy to set up events on any front-end attribute, directly from the interface, with little to no help from a developer. You can quickly name all events and create funnels to visualize how users are using your product.

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is pretty easy to use: I find it easy to tag new features, export data to my data warehouse, build new reports and push data to other systems. Their report tools are straightforward and answer a lot of common questions.
