What do you like best about Heap? I like the neat UI and the visual labeling feature. I also like that Heap has Heap University which contains learning material.

"Great for historical comparisons of data and troubleshooting"
What do you like best about Heap? I like the ability to track historical analytics in order to see how our users are moving or "funnelling" through our software. With tools like Google Analytics we are limited to defining flows on the day we think to implement them.

What do you like best about Heap? The ability to customize definitions according to behaviours and third party data injected in Heap, it's faster and easy for a developer to create tracking behaviours and merge data into the system, their integration with data warehouses makes it user easy to push data into and mix with reporting

"Extremely powerful analytics tool with a learning curve"
What do you like best about Heap? Being able to arbitrarily query past events (e.g. clicks, pageviews) is not only powerful but differentiated in the market. No other analytics tool gives you the same power that Heap does. Their ability to also integrated their data downstream to make it available to BigQuery for deeper analysis is incredibly useful.

What do you like best about Heap? Heaps visualizations and query builder are extremely clear and easy to understand. As a sem--technical user, I'm able to get the insights I need to do my job as a product manager.

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is very customizable in terms of what you're able to report on. This makes it really easy to understand the customer journey in a meaningful way. The reports are really easy to generate and easy to use.
