What do you like best about Heap? The backend of the product is quite nice. The list view allowing us to drill down and see both custom and raw events per user is very cool.

What do you like best about Heap? Heap tracks everything that every user does and stores it in a format that is efficient and effective for querying and answering important usage questions. You can also ship custom events like you do with traditional analytics software. Each feature we deploy is automatically tracked, which is awesome.

What do you like best about Heap? You don't need to necessarily have your entire funnel planned out in advance to use heap. They track everything so you can retroactively change your funnel and still get historical data. This is really useful because as a start up we don't necessarily always know exactly what we want to track. With most other platforms you need to define this in advance.

What do you like best about Heap? Heap is very full featured and fairly easy to use once you get up to speed. As more of an end user (opposed to someone who integrates it), I am able to drive into data quickly and get the information I need.
