"Easy to install and very useful to understand user behavior"
What do you like best about Heap? The best thing about heap was, it was very easy to setup. We are an early stage SAAS product and it is very important for us to understand user behavior and conversion funnels. Heap lets us track all of that without having to set up a lot of events individually.

"Effective and simple to use - great UX"
What do you like best about Heap? The ability to label anything you want manually is the biggest plus. Typically having to go to the developers asking them to add an item to track in the code is time consuming and restrictive. The ability to find out almost anything I want in Heap by labelling buttons, clicks and page views is amazing and a "why didn't I think of that" idea.

What do you like best about Heap? Easy to install with very detailed reporting on specific users and events. We can also define our own attributes on events which makes this incredibly powerful to slice and dice the data.

"Easy setup and great ROI"
What do you like best about Heap? Setting up Heap to track events on my landing page was really easy. There was no need to track numerous events through manual javascript events. Heap allows you to add one JS snippet, and add events through their UI. I primarily use the list report to have a chronological list of visitors and their events.
