"Perfect solution to create or download SRT files from videos"
What do you like best about Happy Scribe? Big fan of being able to upload a YouTube video and then download the SRT file so I can use as a starting point for uploading my own YouTube SRT files.

Very useful daily
Happy Scribe is one of the most useful tools I've encountered when it comes to video. It saves a lot of time to just have your subtitles almost ready (some changes left in general), and the ability to translate text is awesome. Also, it comes in handy to transcribe interviews.

Brilliant tool
Brilliant tool. Understands strong accents really well. I transcribed English spoken with Chinese, French, German, Dutch, Korean and Spanish accents and all transcriptions were largely accurate. Acronyms are problematic. Subject matter was very niche - industrial/chemical but that was no problem at all. Saved hours of work.

Quick & Easy Transcripts with Minimal Errors!
All my needs met, simply. I was worried about taking the time to transcribe my videos but this was done in minutes with just a few clicks. I would recommend this to anyone who just needs transcribing and subtitles with very few errors. (The word was pretty much made up, anyway!) I love it.

I have been looking for a great tool…
I have been looking for a great tool for my video subtitles in a while now and my search has come to an end. Happyscribe is really awesome. High quality, even my English is understandable enough to deliver a 99.5% correct subtitle.

happy birthday cards
I sent some birthday cards to relatives in the Netherlands and had no trouble writing all I wanted to say . very accurate in translation, as I can speak the language, but am less confident in writing it. cheers, a great help.

The program is easy to use
The program is easy to use. One suggestion for right-handed users (as I am) would be to have the video at the bottom right side of the screen (to make it easier to use the mouse to stop, go back and play) and align the text more to the left (in this configuration it is centered).
