Easy, Intuitive Captioning of Videos

Happy Scribe has turned out to be the easiest, most intuitive tool I have found for adding captions to our videos. The auto-transcribe option works with high accuracy as long as your audio and enunciation are clear. The caption editor is super easy to use, and the ability to store a dictionary of spellings and capitalizations for your unique terms is a nice bonus.

Easy to use and navigate.

I have only been using Happy Scribe for a few weeks and have found the automated transcribe service to be very useful. It is quick (depending upon the length of the video), easy to upload and gives many options for downloading the transcribed report. Accuracy is about 85% and I can listen to the recording and edit where required. Pricing is both reasonable and easy to navigate. I would anticipate much more usage in future as well as using the 'human transcription' option.

HappyScribe is terrific

I have been using HappyScribe to add subtitles to my videos and to transcribe podcast interviews. Except for some changes to the punctuation, it does a great job.
