Gusto Renewals/Benefits is an absolute nightmare: Renewals Team is incompetent
What do you like best? The only thing good about Gusto Benefits is that it is hosted by the Gusto platform so current employees can access their benefits information, and new employees can easily sign up for benefits. Previously this entire process was handled via email and paperwork, which was both insecure and inefficient. What do you dislike? Their entire renewals team is incompetent. Every part of Gusto is delightful.
What do you like best? The ease of completing every task. From adding employees, to paying employees, to adding contractors, to paying contractors, to being compliant with worker's compensation insurance, to issuing W-2s and 1099s. Gusto is just easy. What do you dislike? I haven't found any downsides yet. I was warned (by one of Gusto's competitors that I should keep a close eye on my state taxes (being from Massachusetts, that certainly seemed like good advice. All's well so far ...

I should've read all the reviews - HORRIBLE
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It has a basic design. Federal filings seem to work. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I got a letter from my state that they have not received any of my withholding taxes since January, that's 3 months. What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product? They need to fix the state withholding issue, they need to work on improving customer service - I emailed them 3 times and no ...

So happy we decided to go with Gusto!
So happy we decided to go with Gusto. I'm an accountant and even I don't want to spend time processing payroll. It makes payroll a breeze and exactly what I expected in today's business environment! Our employees love it as much as I do! We can focus on what we do best and growing the business. I highly recommend this to everyone.

So happy with our decision to go with Gusto!
It has been about 6 months since we started utilizing Gusto for our HR, Payroll, and Benefits. We are very pleased with the level of customer service and the time it has freed up for us to spend on running our business - they handle everything else.
