Gusto - Payroll & Benefits Made Friendly!
Gusto genuinely makes HR & payroll a simple processes, and saves an amazing amount of time.Everything from sending out offer letters, through to onboarding new hires, and then managing documentation, leave, expenses, benefits, and payroll for staff just works.Best tool I've used by far.

Very intuitive application with outstanding customer support. Gusto is so easy to use and saves you a significant amount of time. If there is any issue, typically a problem you created, the customer support staff is one of the best if not the best we have ever experienced.

Biggest Time-Saver I’ve Found
Gusto has cut my payroll time from 3+ hrs/wk to about ten minutes. When first trying to automate payroll, I went with quickbooks and almost had an anxiety attack trying to input prior payrolls. The biggest issue was the inability to get someone on the phone to help with technical issues. Switched to Gusto out of frustration and had someone on the phone within 15 minutes of signing up. Support is great, platform is intuitive, could not recommend more highly.

I finally quit using Gusto after two years of tax mistakes
What do you like best? The user interface is pleasant. Bi-monthly payroll is easy to set up and use. What do you dislike? Since 2017, I've had multiple issues with Gusto filing my taxes correctly. Gusto had trouble filing SC taxes throughout 2018, and I spent a lot of time correcting errors, paying late payments, and filing state taxes myself.
