Gusto was a great payroll company for me as an employee, the only thing I had an issue with was how typically my payroll came in at 12:00am with other companies, but with Gusto it would come anytime between 3:00am-7:00am in the morning, which sometimes was in issue for me not knowing exactly when it would arrive. Other than that it is a great company with great customer service.

Good Automation. Good Support. Frustrating if you have an Irregular Payroll Schedule.

What do you like best? Gusto automates all the paperwork for hiring, letting people go, and filing their payroll paperwork. They've successfully done this for us for years even as we've moved around the country. Finding a single Accountant or team to handle multiple states like that would've cost us way, way more, and been a lot more back and forth, phone calls and paperwork. What do you like best? Seemed to have a streamlined way of managing employee hours/benefits. What do you dislike? It was a little hard for me to navigate where certain benefits were. Recommendations to others considering the product: It seems like it is a newer system. Hopefully they will keep tweaking the user interface. What problems are you solving with the product? The customer service was incredible

The customer service was incredible. I had a financial hiccup that was was stressed about figuring out and I was walked through the right way to work through it. And I the support agent even took the time to walk me through some additional features relevant to my questions. Professional. Intelligent. The screen share worked very well. We have a small start up of just a few employees. This service really makes our life easy.

Simplicity, Intuitive

What do you like best? Gusto is simple and intuitive. It does not require much of an instruction manual. It is easy on the eyes. What do you dislike? I cannot think of any downfalls to using Gusto. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll. Simplicity.

The team members I spoke with were very professional. My questions were answered promptly with a smile. Yes, I know I did not see them but their smiles and service orientations could be felt through the phone. Keep it up Gusto. Great experience !

Great payroll and HR software

What do you like best? Onboarding with Gusto is so easy, especially now that they have benefits as an integrated option. It’s easy to run multiple payrolls, edit personnel files, manage employee benefits, and track options for PTO. There are lots of integrations with their software which makes it a great central hub for all things HR and personnel related. What do you dislike?
