Easy enough for a beginner like me to use

What do you like best? Ease if use Customer service is fast and knowledgeable Quick to respond to my CPA What do you dislike? It took a while to get set up on 2 day payroll for direct deposit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very easy. Tax friendly and safe.

Best payroll software I've used so far.

What do you like best? Very efficient and user friendly. Customer service is very helpful and responsive via their chat interface. Nothing intricate here, on-boarding new employees is as easy as sending them a link. What do you dislike? I honestly couldn't think of anything. Maybe the fact that it keeps asking me to set up two factor authentication when I sign via my Google account. But it's not that big of a deal. What do you like best? Gusto makes everything EASY. The interface is clean and information is easy to access there. Help is readily available via email or phone call and their staff is kind and knowledgeable. Employee self onboarding saves me hours of work each month. I love having all of my payroll expenses organized and synced to upload to my accounting software ( FreshBooks automatically each week. And having my workers comp calculated and automatically paid weekly is a huge help! ...

Gusto is an exceptional and complete payroll company. What makes them great?.... their attention to details and customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go that extra step to help you.Only drawback is that they are on the expensive side and their wait time for payroll related questions can be lengthy. Hence the 4 stars instead of 6.

What do you like best? Gusto is an all around simple solution. Pulling in payroll, benefits, retirement, and all relevant tax and pay stub tracking needs to one platform. I have never been unable to find something that I need and when there were issues related to insurance, all of the relevant contact information for those help lines are readily available. I guarantee that you will never regret the day you moved to Gusto!I came to Gusto a little more than 3-1/2 years ago. Even though I manage HR and payroll for a small company (less than 15 employees), I was desperate to find some relief with a better system than spreadsheets.
