It is a great platform where all of the information is readily available to both employees and employers. Super easy setup and HR payroll software for small businesses

What do you like best? It's very intuitive and easy to use in terms of getting an employee onboarded or a contractor paid. What do you dislike? It may not have as many features as other robust HR platforms but it should not be intended to take over all HR items. Great way to get paid without the hassle of an HR team!

What do you like best? Gusto's an amazing way to get paid on time, view your W2, and your paystubs. I've never had an issue using Gusto. It's helped me securely know my money will get to me on pay day without having to go to HR. What do you dislike? There's nothing much I dislike. Meets the needs of my small business

What do you like best? Gusto handles all the state and federal taxes and filings so I can focus on my business. The employees get a nice web portal to view their paystubs and W-2. What do you dislike? There are a couple integrations that would be extremely helpful to me such as Vanguard Simple IRA and Take Command Health QSEHRA. It currently takes me about 30 minutes to run payroll and all of that time is spent shuffling data between Gusto, Vanguard, and Take Command Health. I would ...

What do you like best? So streamlined & easy to use! Also customer support is fantastic. What do you dislike? Still hit snags with different states, etc... there's just so much legal bs to navigate and sometimes the software stumbles around that.
