Gusto makes my life so much easier!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I’ve always dreaded payroll management tasks—from sending out compensation to figuring out which insurance policy to use for my team. Good for small businesses but not for ones with expected growth

What do you like best? It's a very easy to use payroll platform for users, our employees have little to no trouble logging in and making adjustments or viewing pay stubs. The interface is nice as well. What do you dislike? Support is lacking, the chat function on the page disappears randomly throughout the day making it difficult to reach someone and it used to take ages to dig up a support number to call and talk to a human being. What do you like best? This software is easy to use and navigate . Streamlined Payroll

What do you like best? Gusto was very easy to set up and streamlines payroll without all of the hassle with traditional paperwork. What do you dislike? Not many companies outside of those based in California seem to use it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By streamlining payroll, Gusto saves me time from dealing with administrative work so that I can focus my energy on other priorities.

Taste is a good choice for administrative compliance.

I like it since I can have everything on a single platform, tax obligations payment receipts, and tax receipts, in the administrative area it is usually very difficult to get such an intuitive platform that has a dynamic interface, because Gusto has all that, and even last month we had several problems with the insurance of the hired employees, and gladly gave us relevant information through reports that helped in a spectacular way, it has diminished all those ...

Easy to use, great customer service!

What do you like best? Gusto is very easy to use- can add new employees in 2 minutes, they have lots of tools when you run payroll, and we transitioned our company from once a month payroll to twice a month super easy! They're very upfront about costs, taxes, and have fun and witty anecdotes on the platform. What do you dislike? I think you have to really do your own research about payments and HR law. What do you like best? Any policy/paystub access is always at my disposal. What do you dislike? Wish it was quicker on time off approval. Also, half our office disagrees on the pronunciation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I had to change my direct deposit and it was super easy in my profile.

Payroll made easy

What do you like best? I love the weekly "you got paid" emails. They use infographics and graphic design very well- I'm able to open the email, see the dollar amount I was paid, and a pie chart of how much money was withheld. What do you dislike? I use gusto when I work at my seasonal summer job. Once I took a summer off, and had a gap in employment. I was unable to re-sign up, and had to contact my boss to help me re-enroll.
