User friendly

What do you like best? I like that I can view all my information easily and from anywhere. I have constant access to my paystubs and benefits information. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes to discuss at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplicity

User Friendly and efficient

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and customize. What do you dislike? That when you have a new employee onboard, you can’t see their full info they’ve entered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it primarily to onboard new hires.

Simple, secure software

What do you like best? Gusto is very easy to use. The onboarding process was simple and guided me through everything I had to do without overwhelming me with info. The site is fast and sleek, and I haven't had any issues using it. I can easily view my past paystubs and request time off through the site. I can even donate to charity through the site directly from my paycheck. What do you dislike? I honestly haven't had any issues with Gusto. It does everything I expect it to and does ...

Stay away!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Have several tax compliance issues and they have not responded to them in over 4 weeks. Multiple calls to customer service only to be told tax team does not take calls and have a backlog. Meanwhile, penalties and interest mount due to Gusto errors. Email to CEO unreturned. I truly cannot remember a worse customer service experience ever.

Great for small businesses

What do you like best? Great tool for small businesses that need an all in one software for payroll and benefits. As a user, everything is straightforward and easy to find. Things like downloading statements to checking how much PTO you have is as easy as a few clicks. What do you dislike? Disabled access

Service and food really good,our waiter was lovely.As a wheelchair user just a few points Your disabled toilet is at the top of a very steep stairs. The toilet entrance was blocked by four baby chairs and a huge circular tray. When the tray when rolling downstairs when when my friend tried to move the baby seats the waiter behind the bar looked over and smiled. Please a little thought! would it be acceptable to put these in front of the main toilets?
