What do you like best? Simple to use and reassures me the correct unemployment and federal/payroll taxes are being calculated, withheld, and reported properly. Ease of Use

What do you like best? Gusto is modern and super easy to use. The prompts are clear and it makes the payroll part of HR a bit more fun and interactive. Easy To Use Out of the Box!

What do you like best? I loved that gusto was very simple to use even though it had some very robust features. The screen was never cluttered with anything that was not pertinent to what you were doing at that moment. Great, Dependent, reliable, honoring, just the best payroll I've had in years.

What do you like best? Gusto helps me keep in date what time i clocked in and what time i clocked out. Keep in tabs with your hours. Also i love how i can see every other weeks pay-stub and print it out. I love that i can see all my W2 and the document i signed when i starting working. Gusto also submits my time off or time request and sends it to my Boss. It also works great for big companies and small ones as well. The customer service has been terrible. When problems occur you email their generic support. Almost every time the response is "we'll look into that and get back to you". I recently had a problem because Gusto failed to file a form. My emails went unanswered. When I finally got a human on the line, they said the tax resolution team would get back to me in 20 days. I am appalled they would not tell me that and let me twist in the wind for 3 weeks. Also the software is buggy and not at all ...
