Customer support is nonexistent. Don’t be fooled by the excellent sales team that provides fast and personalized service. Once you sign on and become a paying customer you won’t be able to access anyone who can help you. We had a time sensitive tax question that went unanswered for over 2 months, and when the answer came it was vague and useless. So far so good! Easy solution for small businesses.

What do you like best? We are a two-employee company. Given that we have no HR department or payroll specialists, we needed something that was very much self-serve. So far Gusto has been an excellent solution. They do a very good job guiding you through the process, ensuring you have filed all the right documentation with feds and with each state in which you are paying payroll. I don't know what I'd do without Gusto

What do you like best? I love Gusto's dashboard. It's intuitive. When I log in, everything is accessible from the dashboard. I love not having to worry about filing taxes, handling 1099s, W-2s, or other tax-related documents. My employees and independent contractors can all be paid by direct deposit through Gusto. Gusto'a customer service is horrible…

Gusto's customer service is horrible and has harmed our company. We have been a client since 2016. The company has been growing appreciably since we joined as a customer. Customer service has declined in proportion to market growth. We have had three major issues with gusto just in the last year (2019 and now into 2020)(1) Failure to file tax filings on time and file them properly; costing massive penalties with the IRS despite us communicating changes well in advance. Gusto was amazing

Gusto was amazing! The little gift were great! Package i think was good and environmental friendly! Food and ingredients amazing! App is good and works well.I tried another company and it just show how good Gusto was! Just a shame how much it is, otherwise i would order all the time.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Multiple large scale screw ups with my company's benefits. They tried to be "nice" and accept responsibility but it was more "killing us with kindness". Stay away!

It's incredibly easy to see my paychecks, see investments, and make any necessary changes to benefit

What do you like best? What I like best about Gusto Payroll Services is the fact that you could see your pay stub a little earlier than it would get deposited into your bank account. Great for simple HR
