Great range of dishes and quality ingredients
We have used Gusto for a while and always found the range of dishes and quality of the ingredients to be excellent. During the recent COVID situation they were our lifeline as my husband & I had to shield and supermarket delivery slots in our area were impossible to find. Gusto understandably offered reduced number of dishes but the quality remained the same. There are an increasing number of competitors in the market but so far none have come close to Gusto on offering, quality or ...

Gusto makes payroll a breeze
What do you like best? Easy to use and integrates with cloud accounting apps What do you dislike? i love it all... did i say how easy it is to use? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can now recommend clients a payroll service that works with me and my team to provide a seamless experience

So easy, so helpful
What do you like best? Customer service is amazing! Can get on the phone with anyone really quickly to answer any questions. Makes it so easy to use. What do you dislike? Nothing- it was so easy. You've got to register with different states based on where your employees are, but Gusto tells you where to go and what to expect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paying employees is so easy - they take care of everything

Constantly locks me out and will not…
Constantly locks me out and will not send out any authorization emails, requiring me to call them and wait for quite a while on the phone. Ridiculous.

No Contact Number means no respect
When no contact number is given within their service in order to fix problems for a paid service then the company does not deserve a better rating. The response does not solve this.

Slow service response during peak periods Recommendations to others considering the product: Also consider using them for benefits; we did and found them competitive and responsive. It's fine for the 40%.
First to be clear.Gusto has arguably the best interface for everyone outside of Paycor. Bar none it's the most intuitive.It's not the interface. It's the experience that is lagging.- Their 401k integration is extremely limited.- Their customer service, if they can't solve your problem, will tell you to go to another tool instead of escalating the feedback for resolution.- Can't create a time off limit that is not hours-based (i.e. user requests a certain type of time off, there's a hidden ...
