HR is now a delightful breeze

What do you like best? Gusto is now all-in-one solution for HR. You can handle everything from onboarding (which is now amazing with automatic requisitioning accounts like Google and Zoom), benefits, payroll, and time tracking. I especially love the service. Easy to use

What do you like best? My favorite part of gusto is being able to automatically donate part of your income to charity! Also it is just easy to use and well designed. Great product, poor customer service

Excellent product but terrible customer service. If you need their help, good luck. I've been back-and-forth for 7 months about a referral credit. It should be the easiest process in the world but for some reason I've had 6 different people on their customer service team reach out to me about the same issue. I have to re-explain every time even though I'm just responding to the same original email (they should be able to just scroll up so I don't have to explain it over and over again). I ...

Whilst the food I have had is superb…

Whilst the food I have had is superb the customer service is disgraceful. I had a split sour cream carton that covered all the food and a very squashed tomato. I was offered a refund (£3) to replace but no consideration as to my time and cost going to the supermarket, the smell of sour cream on all products despite me cleaning everything, my clothes that got covered in sour cream etc. I will not be using Gusto again if the attitude is like I experienced.

Gusto makes payroll easy

What do you like best? I love how easy gusto is to use and as an employee I can quickly access and see any information I need. This is a great tool for companies. From my experience, I highly recommend Gusto. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes, I use gusto to check my pay amounts and to add any information required for my payroll. Cute interface, straightforward and intuitive

What do you like best? I like that the interface is simple and has all the information I need. On the employee side, I like that I don't have to look at all the information that isn't important to me immediately and highlights information such as upcoming payday. What do you dislike? Where do I start

Where do I start. First offense is selling me a product they could NOT deliver. Then they never uploaded all of the previous quarters so the 2019 W2's were missing full quarters of pay. This is happening in real time right now and it could take as long as a year to fix. Of course it falls on me to fix since they take no responsibility for this nightmare. I love this site
