Love the product
Holy wow so much time saved using Gusto. It makes mundane tasks easy. I wish I had used this at my last company. Great product!

Underwhelming food & service
Went as part of eat out help out. The food did not represent good value for money even at 50% off. Tasteless & poor quality. Poor judgemental & inattentive service & a total lack of interest in the customer. Over priced drinks. All in all an under whelming experience with so many other places in knutsford there is no need to visit gusto again

Customer service is a joke
Gusto filed a late payroll which has resulted in a >$500 fine from the IRS. I am told it will take 2+ weeks to hear back from their troubleshooting department. I had an issue with semi-weekly vs monthly deposits before and they were very difficult to contact. Their customer service reps are limited in what they can do - anything that takes more than a few minutes goes to a department with a MINIMUM 2 WEEK WAIT. 30% discrepancy in insurance pricing
30% increased discrepancy in insurance pricing on their site vs documentation provided to my company. Issue remains unresolved after 3 weeks with no eta on a resolution. 24 turnaround time on emails sent to customer service. Phone calls fail to acknowledge that the documented problem exists. In the meantime my family has gone a month without coverage with no prospect on when coverage may be available. Told to be patient.

Sloppy!
Horrible! They disabled the Chat feature and are never available directly for help - you always need to have a code. They present as a corporation but I have a feeling they are a mere startup - they have more IT issues than I care to count. We made a mistake signing up with them and are moving to Intuit.

Best thing I've done for my small company
What do you like best? Oh boy, so many things. Well, it's incredibly easy to run payroll. Employees have their own login and can enter and change all their bank info whenever they need to, and access their own paystubs whenever both while they sill work here and when they've separated. The HR capabilities such as time off policies are great. Employees can check their remaining time off whenever, and request time off and sick time through their log in. I started to signup for this service…
I started to signup for this service but they require you to give them power of attorney. So I decided this was too much power and cancelled my registration but they will not delete my file for 6 years and they will not move it to offline storage to fulfill the federal requirement which would be a simple move so they have all of my personal data and is keeping it online against my wishes.
