No one calls back. No one takes responsibility.
Where is the zero star? I need to choose negative star if there was an option. Like the previous reviewer, Gusto used to be good. The last 3 months service has dropped to almost zero service. Here are the issues:1) Mistakenly took $1,000 from a subcontractor's account. This was horrible. 2) I emailed to ask about health insurance re-enrollment beginning in Sept. Avoid Gusto
Attempting to renew health benefits, sent multiple emails- currently on hold for over an hour with nothing being done! This company needs to drastically reduce fees as the service is awful. Look elsewhere for payroll services- we will be for sure!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. When things work they are fine, when you need help they aren't anywhere to be found. I am searching for a new agency to handle my payroll services. they are taking taxes out but not sending to the state so now I have penalties. I have sent them emails twice and they have marked the issue solved but it clearly isn't. They don't have a phone number where you can call them.

Cute interface, straightforward and intuitive
What do you like best? I like that the interface is simple and has all the information I need. On the employee side, I like that I don't have to look at all the information that isn't important to me immediately and highlights information such as upcoming payday. What do you dislike? User Friendly and Simple
What do you like best? We implemented Gusto earlier this year and the process was really straightforward. We were able to get everything set up with a minimal learning curve, which makes it really easy for a busy small business owner. They provide all the tools and notification we need to stay on top of everything efficiently and easily. What do you dislike? Really great HR platform!
What do you like best? Really great online HR tool. It's a great place to manage contracts and payroll, and access all your forms. What do you dislike? At the moment, there's nothing that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy payroll process, access to paycheck details, updates and notifications.

Gusto
Gusto, for the second month in a row, continues to take $39 ACH payments for our account which we have now canceled twice. You send emails to Gusto and they do not respond to them. I've already filed one BBB complaint and I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to hire a lawyer to get them to stop billing me. The customer service is beyond terrible.

What do you like best? I think Gusto is a pretty robust service especially for a payroll provider. I like that instructions make it super easy to onboard and do payroll. In a lot of other software orgs, I've had trouble with onboarding or emails reaching folks. I like the offer letter aspect as well. What do you dislike? Instructions could be more descriptive. What do you like best? Gusto makes everything incredibly simple for us running payroll. They take care of all of the taxes and paperwork that would take me hours each month.
