Super Helpful
Gusto has been super helpful in our taking over our business, we have been able to take care of all of our needs. When we had a couple of things go wrong, Gusto had people I could contact who got back to me in a timeframe that made sense and was able to fix out issues.

Gusto is a game changer for small businesses like minds, Doughp. They’ve been real partners for us through and through! The benefits process is seamless and they make it so digestible for me. Their resources and information through COVID helped us along as we were forced to make difficult decisions. What happened to this company?
What happened to this company? I've been with them for about 2 years and they were a dream come true at first. They had fixed everything that was wrong with the ADPs of the world AND they provided timely, useful customer service. That has changed in the last couple of months. It's impossible to get someone on the chat help function. What am I supposed to do to solve my problems?

Gusto used to be amazing...
Gusto used to be amazing. I referred them to all of my startup friends because of how easy and amazing their platform was. I was an avid fan and sang their praises because they took a complex, hard to understand HR process, and automated it. Their support also used to be good. However, over the past couple of months, their service has been COMPLETELY NON-EXISTENT. Not a single reply, email, call, etc in over 1 month. Nothing. I called their line and they are not open. Horrendous customer service…
I tried to contact the customer service team after I got notified that I will be penalized for tax reports I have not submitted (which Gusto was supposed to submit as part of service I signed up for with them). I tried contacting them via phone, chat, email - to no avail!This is outrageous!!

Great recipes bad produce
Great recipes and easy to follow but poor quality produce and even worse customer service. I've had four boxes and three sets of bad chicken that i then needed to throw away

One of the worst companies I've ever…
One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Misinformation across the board from every person you talk to. Don't trust these people.. I have waited multiple times 3 days at a time for response and the response I get is generic and pitiful almost like a computer generated it. This company is either growing too fast for its own good or they do not care about their clients whatsoever. Steer clear as best you can. Missing items
Only our second Gousto box and already disappointed. The first box was absolutely fine. Really tasty meals, all good. Just received the second box and there’s a load of things missing. As in a full meal and a half. Out of four meals. Spoke to customer service on chat and the girl handled it really well but said we are unable to get missing items sent in the post which I was really disappointed about. I am waiting on some money from them but it’s still disappointing. Especially think it’s ...

Gusto was great when I signed up and…
Gusto was great when I signed up and throughout the on-boarding but service and support has steadily declined and is currently unattainable. I have called 3 times in two days with stated wait times varying between 15-30 minutes but actual wait time exceeding 40-60 minutes.When I finally got a representative, I was disconnected--the rep did not call me back even though I had to enter my customer code when I called. Easy to use and incredibly powerful with great customer service
What do you like best? The best thing about gusto is that it's easy to use and makes a lot of the difficult work of running payroll seamless (e.g. taxes, adding perks etc.). And Gusto is the only tool where I would say say that the customer service makes a difference to the experience because it's so unbelievably good. The great thing is that they are also trained on payroll and HR related topics, not just the software itself. So they've helped me with tax laws, and benefit selection in ...
