Top-notch payroll platform & more!
I've been using Gusto for several years and have never once had an issue. The platform is extremely convenient, UX is solid, and the ability to get healthcare and other benefits makes this the best all-in-one payroll service out there. Customer service has been completely fine and the platform's help through COVID-19 is simple and thorough. I'd recommend Gusto to any small business owner 10/10.

Payroll taxes are no longer scary
I love Gusto - as an owner of a small business who has to do "all the things", it is so helpful to have payroll, HR, and benefits all in one place - along with extra resources and information to help navigate the complicated aspects so I can focus on the stuff I actually love in my business. Payroll taxes no longer keeps me up at night.

Gusto is super easy to use!
Gusto has been great so far. Easy to login and review pay stubs, correct personal info for taxes. I love that I get a pay stub emailed to me every pay day.

Small business made easier
As a small business owner with a tiny payroll and subcontractors, I like Gusto as does my accountant and bookkeeper. It integrates well with Quick Books, customer service has been responsive. One thing I especially like is I hate collecting ssns and other confidential data from people and Gusto does that on my behalf and I never see it.

I recently refinanced my home
I recently refinanced my home, so being able to send paystubs to the loan officer while on the phone with him just made the whole process faster. I also liked how I felt more confidant that I had my affairs in order!
