I changed to Gusto from QuickBooks…

I changed to Gusto from QuickBooks payroll due to limitations and unreliable support with QB Payroll. The transition to Gusto was easy and the support is top notch. I wish I would have switched sooner!

Incredible service + features for small business owners!

Absolutely love Gusto + their CS team! Such incredible support for small business owners. Especially if you're an online business owner or entrepreneur hiring your first employee or contractor. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They make everything so easy and automated and you really don't have to think about it twice!

Simple to use

Simple to use. Customer support is always there when I need support. It's a comprehensive system and makes payroll simple to complete. My overall experience has been great for our small businesses. You can run payroll for several different companies under one account and you can even automate it. They also have other options: for example, we pay our technicians flat rate based on their productivity and Gusto has this feature as well.

I was setting up an employee and…

I was setting up an employee and contractor account. Since the set-up was not done yet, it was asking me to add employees. Come to find out that they do not have any employees YET but will soon. So I had to change the account to contractor only. I was not able to do it on my own and I had to call Gusto™. As always, whoever I talk to, took care of the problem quickly. I am amazed of the knowledge that each employee has when it comes to "fixing" whatever issue I have. Kudos to the staff there ...
