Gusto truly cares for the clients
Gusto truly cares for the clients. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and always very helpful. If they don't know the answer immediately, they are wonderful to escalate the issue to someone who can help. Thank you Gusto - you make payroll easy.

Simple and cost effective!
Using Gusto for payroll is so simple! It takes less than 5 minutes weekly and allows me to spend time doing other things for my business! Very cost effective as well!

Gusto has made payroll so simple
Gusto has made payroll so simple. We used to use the big company who sold us on all sorts of features we didn't need. Gusto made it simple and easy to understand. Anytime we have a question, we get an answer the same day. When we don't understand how something works, they take the time to help us understand. And they never try to sell us something we don't need. Sadly, we are still getting sales calls from the old company we used - they just don't stop calling. Gusto uses a simple format ...

I've used the Gusto platform since 2019. The user experience of Gusto is simple and easy. When Gusto says People Platform, it really is for everyone. It's all inclusive by it's human-centered approach, solving complex problems with simple solutions geared toward each individual based on their needs of a small business HR platform.
