I love Gusto

Gusto makes time tracking and payroll seamless, easy, and fast. I used to spend over an hour just on transferring hours worked from the time tracking system to the payroll system. Now payroll takes me 15 minutes or less, including reviewing & approving time, adding expense reimbursements, and submitting payroll. I love Gusto!

Gusto is super user friendly

Gusto is super user friendly, very easy to follow and move through payrolls. They handle all of the tax reporting, quarterly and annually. It's been a great experience since we started using Gusto a few years ago.

User-friendly is a tame description

User-friendly is a mild term when describing this platform. It holds your hand. It talks to you. It tells you in no uncertain terms what to do next and when to do it. Processing payroll is so breezy, you have to make an effort to mess it up.

Overall good with a few minor flaws

User interface is clean, easy to access and understand. In setting up our organizational benefits, employees were responsive and easy to reach. But while everything has gone smoothly with previous organizations I've worked with that used Gusto, things were confusing in setting up a fully new organization because of our structure as a "fiscally sponsored program". And our health benefits were misassigned somehow, causing a bit of a headache.

Easy to navigate.

Gusto is easily to navigate and use whether its hiring or running payroll. Great platform. Will continue to use.

Gusto is a great payroll…

Gusto is a great payroll software/platform. It is easy to use. Reports and returns are easy to run, locate and print for clients. The payroll process is simplified with Gusto. Payroll taxes are deducted per pay period instead of in large monthly or quarterly lump sums for clients, making it easier for clients to manage their cash flow. I can not say enough good things about Gusto. Everything about the company is great. The platform is super user friendly and seeing the little pig always makes me smile! Gusto goes above and beyond to make things easy for their customers. I use a lot of vendors for my business and Gusto is the absolute best!!!
