Stay Away if you don't want to lose money & time!
My account was suspended for no reason and now all money I got in the balance will be refunded to my customers which I spent money and time for them.When I sent email to Gumroad support, all they can do is send an automated response that basically translate as: "We don't care about you, all money will be refunded to your customers, now go found an alternative! Totally a joke.

Worst platform ever don't work with…
Worst platform ever don't work with Gumroad. I joined gumroad few months back. I have 3 products in my store. Last month one product make 1sale and this month same product make 2 sale. Product cost is $20 so total i earned $60. Excluding gumroad. Charges my account balance is $52. 10 days back one sale is refunded on next day my account was suspended. Then i mail the gumroad on next day they reply that was saying i'm doing fraud. Again i mail them and said that my products or complete ...

Stay Away!
Stay away. I thought Gumroad would be great way to pay influencers on Instagram and FB with a CC for marketing posts. The advice they gave me was "stop paying people for this stuff". It is clear from the answer from their support team that this is not a company that prioritizes customers. All I did was ask that I had some reason to believe a transaction I made could be not valid given the person I paid was not replying. Their answer was the least professional one I've seen in a while. ...

Go for another solution
Such a bad experience.When I look at companies like Squarepace or Amazon that provide such an amazing customer support and here, it is so different. My advice ? Go for another solution. Usually, I never leave a negative comment. Never. I never dislike even a youtube video ! This is the first time in my life that I am posting one.For your own serenity go for another solution.

Makes Digital Sales More Accessible to New Creators
What do you like best? The thing that I most appreciate about Gumroad is how easy the platform makes it to get a product out into the world without the hurdles of first having to have a website, set up an online store, or pay costly software fees. Want to sell? Run from Gumroad
Somewhere below in the reviews I saw that after the start of sales they block the account and keep the money as long as they want. And Yes it happened to me, I sold two digital products ( icon design kits for the site) and at first everything was fine, I got a 5 star rating on the products. A day later, I just can't log in to my account, it's blocked. And I wrote an email, but there is no response yet and there is not even any notification! Amazingly helpful support!
The support that I received was very understanding and helpful in regards to some charges made by another party through my account. My concerns were addressed almost immediately and the support manager was honest in their efforts to help me resolve my issue. I hope that this company can build more good reviews like this one. They definitely deserved it considering how I initially approached them with a bad attitude.
